The Smart Sealing System is a versatile machine combination that uses hot melt or water based glues to seal all kinds of foam to foam applications (i.e., PU, PE, EPE, PS, XLPE, EVA, EPP, & rubber), or foam to other various materials, (i.e., wood, corrugated, and plastic) then compresses the material as the glue sets giving you a strong bond.

The Smart Sealing System has a few unique advantages:
With a top and bottom roller, glue is consistent and evenly applied. The top and bottom rollers provide an even amount of compression and control the speed, so the glue is evenly applied form front to back, with an even coating across the surface.
With the foam being auto fed, the Smart Sealing system is proving to be 2-5 times faster than traditional manual glue pots.
The compression portion saves operators 10-60 seconds of manually compressing glued parts while the adhesive sets.
The Smart Sealing System uses a temperature controlled process adding life to your glue and minimizing the glue from burning and changing colors.
In the end, the Smart Sealing System helps improves capacity and shorten lead times.
